Has your Life become Unmanageable?

Reiki Blue ManThere’s more to you than meets the eye.  You are composed of many fields of energy.  These fields are around your body and penetrate throughout your body.  When these fields are not in agreement with each other, your life becomes unmanageable.

A simple example:  Your friend/spouse asks you to go somewhere with them and you really don’t want to go, but go anyway.  This creates a feeling of uneasiness the whole time you’re with your friend.  Your physical body is not in agreement with your mental/emotional body.  You can make the necessary adjustments by accepting that you’ve chosen to do this and try to make the best of it.  Or,  you can decide,  this really sucks, I have no idea why I came….I’m outta here!

With either choice of action, you’ve managed to get your fields in alignment with each other, allowing you to feel better. Whether you label one ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ makes no difference….you have aligned yourself with yourself.

If, however,  you don’t take the time to align your fields, you stay in the place of dis-ease.  A place of dis-ease is a place of guilt, shame, worry, etc.  This creates stress in the fields of energy that penetrates your entire being.

According to the Journal of American Medicine, stress is responsible for 85% of diseases.  The physiological changes that occur in the body as a result of stress include increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, increased rate of breathing and the list goes on and on.
